Tasted at an off-line dinner in Singapore. This is a great Branaire. Deep black fruit on the nose with spiced meats (salami and even Mortadella!) dark chocolate and leather, turning gamier with time in the glass. The palate is well defined with firm tannins, good acidity, fleshy and surprisingly youthful towards the simmering finish. Drinking perfectly now, but it has the backbone to last.
