Beskrivning

I know this sounds really strange, especially for a great Pauillac like this, but closing my eyes I could sweat that this wine had the aroma of a white Burgundy. Somehow, I do not think that was the intention. Must have been my sample. The palate is fine though: a very smooth entry with a mid-palate of bold, sturdy tannins. Some dryness, a bit conservative in its approach. Clean and crisp, but is lacks the complexity and fruit concentration that I was expecting. Moderate length. I am sure this will improve after bottling.
