Little on the nose with faint touches of apple-blossom and clean honey – a faint touch of beeswax developing in the glass. But the palate is impressive: good level of botrytis, well balanced with good level of acidity, fine definition and focused towards the minerally finish. This has a deftness of touch that I found most attractive. Tasted April 2007.
